Bailey’s Stunning Bridal Portraits at The Plantation House in Austin Tx
Bailey chose a stunning location for her Bridal Session, The Plantation House.
The beautiful home is nestled behind a cute little neighborhood in Austin, Tx and I could hardly believe my eyes when I drove up the long driveway. What awaited at the end is what Plantation home dreams are made of!
I found out that they used to be a Wedding Venue, and after decades of hosting hundreds of Weddings they decided it was time to close up that part of their business and turn their little Plantation home into a proper Bed and Breakfast!
You are definitely going to want to check it out for yourself!
I went inside and found Bailey, who headed to get into her gown ready for her Bridal Session!
We couldn’t have been blessed with a more beautiful day and we took advantage of that gorgeous light flooding thru every corner of the grounds.
Bailey looked classically elegant. She did all the things right at her Bridal Session!
Here are some tips on how to make your Bridal Session a wonderful experience:
1. Have your hair and makeup done professionally!
You need to do a trial with your hair and makeup artist before the big day anyway, so why not use that trial to get ready for your Bridals?! You will feel so good knowing that you’ve tested out these things and can make tweaks if needed.
2. Bring your Veil.
It is a little thing that can be easily forgotten, but it makes a world of a difference in your portraits.
3. Bring a Bouquet.
This is one I think so many don’t think is necessary. But it really does make your portraits pop! A lot of florists offer a smaller bouquet for your Bridals so that you can do just this and not have to invest in a really large bouquet for this session. Your bouquet will definitely help you get rid of that “what do I do with my hands” feeling! And it adds an element of color and dimension that wouldn’t otherwise be there.
I am so excited that I get to share these with the world now! Bailey was such a stunning Bride!
