One thing I love about being a Texas Wedding Photographer is that most of my brides want to do a special session before the wedding focused on them! I love seeing them in their GORGEOUS gowns, with their hair and makeup perfectly done, glowing from the excitement! It’s the perfect time for the bride to test the waters on all things bridal. Making sure their makeup is done just right, their bouquet is put together perfectly, and their hair sweeps back and has enough volume (because us girls in Texas need our volume!!).
Getting to witness the bride all gussied up before the day of the wedding is such an honor for me! But it is so so hard to wait to show any of the images until the wedding day!
Erica made a gorgeous bride, and after her bridals I wanted to go on a post rampage! I am so excited to finally get to reveal her gorgeous bridal session at the Moore Ranch on the Brazos.
It was such an honor to get to photograph Erica, she is not only beautiful on the outside, but she is one of the sweetest people I know. She was so calm, cool and collected on her big day. And at this session she just laughed and joked with her friends who were there to help.
Her dress was something out of a fairy tale. Something I would envision Belle would wear. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset, even tho 10miles down the road there was a raging thunderstorm… and at the end of her session as I turned her the opposite direction to soak up those last few drops of sun, the storm clouds began to roll in. This gave us the perfect last shot for the evening. A dark and stormy sky, her hair blowing just perfectly around her face, and the good ole’ Texas A&M flag flowing behind her.
Erica I loved getting to capture you that day, thank you for allowing me the honor of serving you! You were a gorgeous bride, and a joy to work with!
