Sydni & Tate’s Wedding was on a GORGEOUS Sunday afternoon at The Farmhouse in Magnolia, TX
Y’all these two were just incredibly sweet and loving and all of the things young love should be on a Wedding Day!
Getting Ready
When I arrived at The Farmhouse, I immediately went up to the beautiful Bridal Suite to say my hellos to Sydni and to introduce myself to the bridesmaids.
As I walked up the stairs I could hear fun music playing and giggles! The best thing to hear when walking into a Bride’s Getting Ready Room!
As I said hello to each bridesmaid, I could tell they all held a special place in Sydni’s heart and were truly honored to be there with her.
I quickly grabbed all of the detail items and myself along with my second shooter Allison (you’ll see some of her images sprinkled in below) went to setup a space to capture all the goodness.
Capturing details is one of my favorite parts of the day. I really feel it sets the day up, and helps me begin to tell the story of their day.
I adored their Invitation Suite from Honebee Letters! It had all the beautiful elements needed to make a gorgeous invitation suite and really pulled from all the colors Sydni envisioned for her Wedding day.
After I had fun with all of the details, I headed back to the Bridal suite to capture Sydni and her Bridesmaids getting ready, and Allison headed to spend a bit of time with Tate and his Groomsmen capturing them as they got ready.
I love capturing this time of day. Everyone is so giddy, and the air is heavy with anticipation. There are smiles galore!
Sydni got in her dress and…wow. She was all of the sudden a Bride.
As her mother helped her dress, I could see how proud she was of her, and how precious these moments were to her.
Her bridesmaids gushed over her as well! Everyone was getting so excited for the Ceremony to start!
First Looks
But FIRST! We took Sydni down to have a special few moments with her dad. I am LOVING the First look tradition with dad on the Wedding Day. It is so sweet to watch.
Once dad had a few moments to gush over his baby girl, we headed to the First Look with Tate.
I am a big fan of the first look (if you want to know what I think about them, head over HERE to read all about what I think!) and always so excited when my couples choose this route on their Wedding Day. It’s so precious to be able to have a few moments alone, without 100’s of eyes on you as you see each other on your Wedding Day for the first time.
Once they saw each other, they decided to read special vows to each other.
I hope they always remember how sweet and lovely they were towards each other, I hope they remember these special words they spoke over one another, and I hope they never forget the love that they felt for one another in these moments as they began their lives together…
Ceremony & Reception
The rest of the Wedding was amazing. A beautiful Ceremony filled with special moments (like their parents laying hands on and praying over them at the alter, or one of the groomsmen singing a song to them that was so beautiful and touching)…the Reception was a blast with fun little touches like a hot coco bar and cotton candy being made fresh for all!
They ended the evening having a last dance and sparklers with one last kiss for the perfect exit from their Wedding!
Thank you so much Sydni & Tate for giving me the honor of capturing your Wedding Day. I truly loved every moment!
